Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may endeavour to resolve any issue.

If you change your mind

Our aim is to supply goods that you will love and enjoy  however if you are unhappy with any of your goods for any reason, you can return them for a full refund providing they are in a saleable condition with any original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of postage when you send something back.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.

Processing Returns

 

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by us. We will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by PayPal, your refund will be sent back via PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

A full refund including return postage will be offered if the goods are returned because they are faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been supplied by us. All items must be returned to us in their original, unused and unwashed condition.
